We can provide a system which combines online registration with a desktop program for management of registrations.
You will need an Internet Merchant Account. We recommend then using WorldPay to provide card processing services.
The online form can cope with
- multiple registration categories
- complex sessions
- associated classes
- social events for delegates and accompanying persons
Our management program will then enable you to:
- send receipts and acknowledgements by email
- produce delegate badges
- create lists of attendees at sessions and social events
- create ad-hoc reports on all the registration data
As with all of our systems it would be developed specifically to your
requirements, so the above just gives some idea of the facilities which
we are accustomed to providing.
So why not entirely on-line? For the same reason that we recommend desktop membership systems. We believe that web-based solutions should be used where they are best and desktop ones where they are better. By combining the two in our conference registration systems we believe that we can provide the best of both worlds.
